International Health Systems & Digital Health Expert
Supporting governments, institutions and development partners in designing, implementing and scaling robust, sustainable and interoperable digital health and health information systems across Africa and international contexts.
Trained as a physician, I transitioned into health information systems and digital health architecture out of necessity — responding to the concrete challenges faced by healthcare systems in low- and middle-income countries.
Since 2015, I have been designing and implementing health and management information systems supporting hospitals, health programs and institutions across West and Central Africa.
My work operates at the intersection of clinical realities, software architecture, and institutional strategy, enabling better governance, data-driven decision-making and sustainable health system performance.
Design and deployment of hospital information systems adapted to resource-constrained environments, supporting clinical workflows, management and reporting.
Development of management and accounting solutions compliant with African regulatory frameworks (SYSCOHADA), supporting institutional sustainability.
I collaborate with Ministries of Health, public institutions, hospitals and development agencies (including ENABEL) on national and regional-scale digital health and health systems strengthening initiatives.
As founder of TELEMED AFRIKA SA, I lead the development of several platforms currently in production across francophone Africa.
My approach: designing systems that are technically sound, financially viable, and genuinely usable in the field, aligned with institutional capacities and long-term sustainability.
