My missions focus on translating complex health challenges into operational, scalable and sustainable solutions, combining medical expertise, systems thinking and digital architecture.

• Short-term and long-term expert missions — from rapid assessments to multi-year technical assistance
• Health Information Systems (HIS) audits and assessments — evaluation of existing systems, gap analysis, recommendations
• Digital health and HIS strategy development — roadmap design, governance frameworks, implementation planning
• Technical assistance to Ministries of Health and agencies — policy support, institutional capacity building, coordination
• Architecture and deployment of HIS, EMR and DHIS2-based systems — design, configuration, implementation oversight
• Capacity building and training — for health professionals, decision-makers and technical teams
